Delivery Policy
To ensure we can offer the best service we use a variety of delivery partners including Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Hermes.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday - Friday) the same day they are received.
STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES
Under £80
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £8.95 - If you need your item delivered the next working day, please order before 12:00pm
Over £80 - FREE DELIVERY
Orders placed after 12:00pm if not dispatched the same day will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that all orders placed on a Friday before 12.00 with both of the shipping services are not guaranteed for delivery on a Saturday however if not these will be be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 12.00 on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please Note: For large orders your order may have been split into multiple parcels, this means your parcels may arrive at slightly different times.
The charges above apply to the majority of projects, however for very large or heavy items some additional charges may apply. These will be automatically added at the checkout before payment is made based on the chosen delivery option.
Christmas & New Year Delivery
The office will be closed for the Christmas period from 4:30pm, Wednesday 23rd December, reopening for the New Year at 9:30am, Monday 4th January. During this period of closure, please note there will be no customer service available and no parcels will be dispatched until our return.
